Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Free access to the RBT course for candidates with prior work with children in professional/volunteer settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and communicate progress to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB standards.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
