Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Social Impact Manager to connect the Reece Foundation with the business.

You will help identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships and support delivery of community-led projects, embedding the Foundation into how Reece works across our network and reach.

You'll collaborate with teams to tell stories of impact, manage governance and drive meaningful outcomes for communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in ESG, social impact or community partnerships.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive and capable of leading projects independently.
• Curious, creative and pragmatic in solving problems.
• Passion for meaningful community outcomes that endure.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal teams, partners and community groups.
• Identify and support projects, grants and partnerships through the network.
• Create and manage content for Reece Foundation channels to tell impact stories.
• Support governance, reporting and contractual obligations across partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams to support disaster relief and community initiatives.
