Job summary

The Fred Hollows Foundation in Sydney is seeking a driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to build and grow a portfolio of partner relationships. You will steward partnerships, drive engagement opportunities and deliver compelling impact communications to strengthen support for our mission.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage renewals, and ensure partner activities align with strategic goals while maintaining high-quality stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, relationship management or a related field.
• Experience managing corporate partnerships, key accounts or fundraising relationships.
• Experience with Workplace Giving, employee engagement or volunteering programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Financial literacy, including budgeting, invoices and partnership reporting.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, campaigns or engagement activities with multiple contributors.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing partnership or customer data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports and impact communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stewardship plans for corporate partners to ensure meaningful engagement and long-term support.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, acting as the primary contact and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead partnership renewal activities, including reviews, engagement planning and opportunities to deepen involvement.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality impact reporting, communications and storytelling that demonstrate partnership value.
• Design and deliver partner engagement activities, including volunteering opportunities and workplace giving campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to coordinate activities and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Identify and progress opportunities to grow partnerships, increasing engagement and long-term value.
• Maintain accurate partnership records, reporting and performance data in CRM.
