HammondCare is seeking a Project & Partnerships Specialist to coordinate the Foundation's funded project portfolio and drive growth in strategic partnerships across Trusts & Foundations, corporates and philanthropic stakeholders.

Based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW, the role leads ideation through funding to impact, ensuring partnerships are cultivated and expanded over time. This is a permanent full-time position.

Experience in partnership development, fundraising or stakeholder engagement.
