LVT People is seeking a Data Analyst with Power BI expertise to transform data into actionable insights for enterprise and government clients in Sydney. Hybrid work, collaboration with data engineers and analysts, and delivery of robust dashboards and reports are central to the role.

You will model data, implement DAX measures, and automate reporting while ensuring data governance and accuracy across projects. A strong communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong Power BI focus.
• Proficient in data modeling and DAX within Power BI.
• Ability to design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in SCRUM/SAFE environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to convey findings to varied stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction and Transformation from diverse sources.
• Power BI development of dashboards and reports with data models.
• Create compelling visualizations and interactive charts.
• Analyze data to identify trends, KPIs, and insights.
• Generate and distribute regular reports and automated dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance in Power BI reports.
