Qualifications

• Exceptional accuracy with a track record of high-speed data entry
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and learning internal systems quickly
• Government experience or work in a regulated environment preferred
• Excellent organizational skills for repetitive tasks and concentration
• Must hold a current National Police Clearance (NPC); WWCC is advantageous

Responsabilités

• High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately inputting alpha and numerical data into government-specific databases.
• Information Validation: Reviewing and cross-checking information to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental standards.
• Records Management: Maintaining, updating, and archiving digital and physical files.
• Process Support: Assisting with high-volume tasks, including scanning, indexing, and basic reporting.
• Data Cleansing: Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies within existing datasets.
