Job summary

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Department at Prince of Wales Hospital. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care, coordinate nursing activities, and contribute to performance improvement within NSW Health policies.

The role requires AHPRA registration, strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with health information systems.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated use of health information systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Coordinate and implement nursing care plans with assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing within scope of practice.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
