Qualifications

• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in a Transition Care Unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
• Advocate for person-centred practice.
• Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Prioritise and organise workload effectively.
