Teachers Mutual Bank is seeking an Identity Platform Engineer to own the IAM ecosystem and strengthen security across the organisation. You will design, implement and maintain identity solutions, manage user lifecycle, authentication, governance and privileged access, while aligning with security and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Experience in Identity and Access Management with modern platforms and governance.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Zero Trust, and automated provisioning.
• Experience with SAML, OIDC and JWT authentication standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (NIST, CPS234).

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM solutions.
• Lead the roadmap for identity services (Microsoft Entra ID, BeyondTrust).
• Drive automation to improve reliability, efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor platform performance and manage incidents ensuring service availability.
• Implement security controls across IAM and PAM environments.
• Support audits, compliance activities and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security and digital teams.
• Identify opportunities for continual service improvement and adoption of IAM technologies.
