Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Identity & PAM Technical Lead in Sydney. This role involves leading the architecture, design, and delivery of Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management solutions.

You'll manage the delivery quality and architectural integrity while collaborating with client stakeholders in regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Identity Management and must hold current NV2 Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Identity, Access Management, or Security Engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience delivering Identity Governance solutions.
• Strong experience in delivering Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex identity and PAM delivery teams.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide clear architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Identity Governance and PAM capabilities.
• Define target state architecture across IIQ, PAM, and integrated systems.
• Act as the primary client-facing technical authority for identity design decisions.
• Lead solution architecture and detailed technical design across identity lifecycle management.
• Design, develop, and review custom IdentityIQ components.
• Manage technical risks, cross-platform dependencies, and integration complexity.
