Job summary

AC3 is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our Hybrid Cloud Practice. You will help build, operate and improve enterprise identity platforms across complex hybrid environments, shaping secure access for our customers.

The role blends hands-on engineering, project work and platform ownership, with opportunities to influence identity services design and delivery. AC3 encourages women to apply and supports flexible work patterns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid identity architecture, authentication and authorisation.
• Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and privileged identity management.
• Experience implementing or supporting identity integrations across applications and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth and enterprise application identities.
• Automation experience using PowerShell, Ansible or equivalent tooling.

We’re looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our Hybrid Cloud Practice, helping build, operate and improve the enterprise identity platforms that underpin AC3 and our customers.

This role offers a mix of hands-on engineering, project work and platform ownership, with the opportunity to influence how identity services are designed and delivered across complex hybrid environments.

What you’ll do?

• Build, operate and improve enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
• Configure and support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM and privileged access controls

• Experience with Microsoft Partner Centre DAP/GDAP or Azure Lighthouse
• Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
• Experience with identity governance platforms such as Entra ID Governance or SailPoint
