Job summary

Charterhouse Recruitment (Australia) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Identity and Access Management transformation in Australia.

The role requires delivering the IDAM program in an Agile environment, coordinating across business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring governance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering complex technology transformations.
• Proven experience delivering IDAM, IAM or cyber security projects.
• Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into deliverables.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an IDAM transformation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear project deliverables.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Provide project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers.
