Job summary

SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network invites applications for a Registered/Clinical Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit at Lyell McEwin Hospital in Elizabeth Vale. This ongoing part-time role, 32 hours per week, offers the challenge of high-acuity, evidence-based care for acutely ill patients within a close-knit ICU team.

You must be a currently registered nurse (or eligible) with ICU/high-dependency experience, able to work within SA Health's values and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Experience in an ICU or high‑dependency setting.
• Knowledge of ventilation management and haemodynamic monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to work within SA Health values of care, excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centred nursing care in the ICU.
• Monitor and respond to patient condition, escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, effective care plans.
• Support and educate less experienced team members.
