Nepean Private Hospital, part of the Healthscope family, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU/Cardiology team on a permanent part-time basis, with casual options available. Join a supportive, high-performing unit and contribute to safe, patient-centered care across a rotating roster.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), current AHPRA registration, and have ICU or cardiology experience. Postgraduate cardiac/ICU study or progression is desirable.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in an ICU or cardiology environment.
• Advanced life support qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work in a high-functioning team and deliver complex nursing care.
• Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) supervision capability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
• Provide complex and multidisciplinary nursing support.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice and guide the nursing team.
• Deliver education and support to patients for recovery and end-of-life care.
