Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA RN registration with ICU/critical care experience.
• Experience in an ANUM, CN, or senior nursing role.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership to the ICU nursing team and ensure high‑quality care.
• Oversee day‑to‑day ICU operations including patient flow and staffing.
• Collaborate with NM, medical and multidisciplinary teams for safe care.
• Offer guidance and escalation for complex patient care.
• Assist with rostering to maintain appropriate skill mix.
• Lead assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients.
• Promote infection control, documentation and policy compliance.
• Support staff education, preceptorship and professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance.
• Act as senior resource during the NM's absence.
