Job summary

NOPSEMA is seeking an experienced ICT Technical Lead in its Perth office to design, implement and support secure enterprise ICT and cloud solutions that meet agency needs. The role reports to the Strategic ICT Service Delivery Lead and acts as the technical expert across business systems, ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity services and cyber security.

You will lead and mentor the ICT team, work with vendors and stakeholders, and influence technology choices to improve service

Qualifications

Proven hands-on technical leadership in hybrid enterprise ICT environments.
Strong skills across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange and SharePoint.
Experience implementing cyber security, risk and compliance controls.
Experience with MSPs, vendors and stakeholders.
It is desirable to know Australian Government security requirements (PSPF/ISM).

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and deliver ICT projects and services from design to support.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across Azure, identity, security and enterprise platforms.
Manage service performance, resilience and outcomes with stakeholders.
Assess technologies and regulatory requirements to guide decisions.
Build ICT team capability via mentoring and collaboration.
