Rauland Australia Pty is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to join our Product team and shape the next generation of digital health solutions at Rauland. You will drive platform architecture and lead a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end features that are scalable and reliable.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Agile delivery for software teams in SaaS/enterprise environments.
Experience contributing to platform architecture and technical design decisions to improve stability, maintainability and performance.
Familiarity with QA practices and managing technical debt.

Responsibilities

Contribute to architectural decision-making and end-to-end feature completion.
Lead sprint planning, estimation, and delivery for end-to-end feature outcomes.
Drive Agile ways of working through facilitation of sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team with accountability and a strong performance culture.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Design and Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
