PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD – Canberra ACT is seeking an ICT Support & Test Engineer to join the team. The role involves inspecting, analysing systems, data and documentation, and advising on revisions to meet standards and policies.

You will manage controls, access and reporting, test and diagnose system problems, and develop technical documentation and training across ICT systems. The candidate should have 1 year in a support engineering field and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifikationen

• 1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a busy IT environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Technical experience - in depth experience supporting different operating systems.
• A passion for quality customer service and being a team player.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation.
• Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standard and policy requirements.
• Managing control, access and reporting on these.
• Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
• Developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT systems.
• System review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future-proofing strategies.
