Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD in Sydney NSW is seeking an ICT Support & Test Engineer to assist with a business project rollout. You will inspect, analyze systems, data and documentation and provide technical guidance.

This role operates in a busy IT environment, involving testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and creating documentation and training across ICT systems. Requirements include 1 year of related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and OS support

Qualifications

1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Technical experience supporting different operating systems.
A passion for quality customer service and being a team player.

Responsibilities

Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation.
Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standards and policy requirements.
Managing control, access and reporting on these.
Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
Developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT systems.
System review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future proofing strategies.
