PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD – Canberra ACT is seeking an ICT Support & Test Engineer to join the team. The role involves inspecting, analysing systems, data and documentation, and advising on revisions to meet standards and policies.

You will manage controls, access and reporting, test and diagnose system problems, and develop technical documentation and training across ICT systems. The candidate should have 1 year in a support engineering field and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a busy IT environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Technical experience - in depth experience supporting different operating systems.
• A passion for quality customer service and being a team player.

Responsibilities

Phillip Riley are seeking ICT Support & Test Engineer. Fantastic Location and working environment. We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate ICT Support & Test Engineer person to aid the business project rollout period.

You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business. The role: Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
