Job summary

Phillip Riley are seeking ICT Support & Test Engineer. Fantastic Location and working environment. We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate ICT Support & Test Engineer person to aid the business project rollout period.

You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business. The role involves inspections, analyzing and reviewing systems, data and documentation, and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation.
• Advise on revision and updated plans to meet standard and policy requirements.
• Managing control, access and reporting on these.
• Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
• Developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems.
• System Review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future-proofing strategies.
