Job summary

Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service is seeking an ICT Support Officer in Toowoomba, QLD. You will help create seamless technology experiences for healthcare teams, supporting critical systems and improving digital ways of working.

You’ll solve tech challenges, collaborate with staff, and contribute to projects that deliver lasting value across the organisation while building trusted relationships and providing expert, responsive support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ICT systems, applications, devices or network environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance priorities in a busy setting.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A current C Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
