Job summary

Bhevin Transport Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced ICT Support Engineer to keep our cloud-based systems and mobile devices running smoothly and securely for a fleet of 20+ vehicles.

You will diagnose, configure and support driver devices, manage security, and train staff across the transport operation. Flexibility for remote work is available as part of a full-time position based in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ICT support or similar experience.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, mobile device management, networking and IT security.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to support non-technical users remotely.
• Experience supporting transport or logistics systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues affecting driver tablets, phones, telematics units and cloud platforms.
• Administer and configure fleet management, electronic work diary, dispatch and accounting systems, including user access and updates.
• Set up and manage driver devices and user accounts as staff start and leave.
• Apply security controls, multi-factor authentication and data backups, and test recovery.
• Develop support procedures and troubleshooting guides, and train drivers and management on systems.
• Review system records for errors or compliance gaps and recommend corrective action.
• Liaise with software and telecommunications vendors to accelerate and resolve faults.
• Provide remote support, including outside standard office hours when required.

Bhevin Transport Pty Ltd is a road freight transport company operating a fleet of more than 20 heavy vehicles. Our dispatch, driver records, compliance and invoicing all run on cloud-based systems and mobile devices used by our drivers on the road. We are looking for an experienced ICT Support Engineer to keep these systems running smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities
