Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT is required.
• Minimum 2 years relevant IT support experience.

• Able to handle multiple IT helpdesk enquiries remotely and in person (laptops, POS, PCs, printers, phones, alarm systems, network).
• Willingness to learn and grow technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration and regression testing of IT systems, applications, hardware, network services and infrastructure changes.
• Identify, diagnose and document system errors and defects; retest after fixes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Test and validate system configuration changes and patches.
• Perform pre- and post-implementation testing for OS upgrades and cloud deployments.
• Document testing procedures and results; maintain configuration details.
• Liaise with technical teams and users to verify resolutions and ensure system performance.

We are seeking an FULL TIME ICT Support Analyst/Support Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct functional, integration and regression testing of IT systems, applications, hardware, network services and infrastructure changes.
• Identify, diagnose and document system functionality errors, defects and faults, and retest systems following corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
• Test and validate system configuration changes, updates, upgrades and new functionality to ensure systems operate as expected.
• Perform pre- and post-implementation testing for system patching, operating system upgrades, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure changes.
• Analyse system logs, alerts and technical information to identify faults and system performance issues.
• Test and validate Microsoft 365 services and configuration changes, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune.
• Assist with testing and validation of IT project implementations, including Windows upgrades, cloud deployments, telephony migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Document testing procedures, test results, identified defects, corrective actions and system configuration details.
• Liaise with technical teams and users to investigate system issues, verify resolutions and ensure systems perform according to operational requirements.

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Bachelor in IT
• Full Australian working rights
• The ability to handle multiple IT helpdesk and support enquiries both remotely andin person including but not limited to laptops, Points of Sale, PC's, printers,telephone systems, alarm systems and Network Infrastructure.
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for technology.
• A willingness to learn and go above and beyond to grow your technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support to address urgent outage issues.
• Have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail whilst managing multiple demands.
• Applicants with any knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Active Directory will be highly regarded.

Working Hours:

38 hours / per week

Minimum of 2 year relevant experience
