Omni Packaging Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Developer to design, develop, test and maintain software applications and ICT systems supporting business operations. You will identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability while driving improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency.

The role requires strong programming, software engineering and system design skills, with focus on integrating solutions and maintaining data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development and application design.
• Knowledge of database management and system integration.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Researching, analysing and evaluating system and software requirements.
• Testing, debugging and correcting software errors to ensure reliable performance.
• Developing and maintaining program code in accordance with technical specifications.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Providing advice on software design, upgrades and technology improvements.
• Developing and implementing software applications to meet business requirements.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing applications to improve system performance.
• Integrating software applications with existing business systems and databases.
