Job summary

ICT Security Analyst
Overview

We're seeking an ICT Security Analyst to join our team, providing security services and support to Fujitsu customers.

In this role, you'll help monitor, assess and respond to security-related incidents, manage access requests, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of security processes and documentation.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and administer user access controls in line with security policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, alerts and service disruptions.
  • Review security-related requests and provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Assess ICT access requests and provide guidance on potential outcomes based on established policies and standards.
  • Support the creation, review and maintenance of security documentation, processes and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with team members and elevate issues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience We're Interested In
  • Experience in ICT, cyber security, service desk, infrastructure support or a related technology environment.
  • Exposure to ICT security practices
  • Experience investigating incidents, resolving technical issues or supporting operational environments.
  • Working knowledge of access management, identity management or security-related processes is desirable.
  • Experience working in a high-tempo environment with a focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
