Job summary

C2 Robotics is seeking a motivated IT Support & Systems Administrator to own day-to-day ICT operations at our Tullamarine facility, reporting to the ICT lead and working closely with an external MSP. You will support Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server, manage hardware, and coordinate upgrades to keep our systems secure and reliable.

This hands-on role suits a self-starter who can work independently, handle competing priorities and contribute to the development of our ICT strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems administration or a similar technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows operating systems.
• Sound understanding of networking, ICT infrastructure and user access management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and proactively identify improvements.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
• Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Group Policy and virtualization technologies.
• Cybersecurity frameworks, particularly the ASD Essential Eight.
• Experience working with external MSPs.
• Exposure to Defence or other security-conscious environments.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivatedIT Support & Systems Administratorto take ownership of our day-to-day ICT operations and help shape the future of our technology infrastructure.

Working closely with our external Managed Service Provider (MSP), you'll provide hands-on IT support, maintain our systems and hardware, and coordinate infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.

This is a varied, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative and wants to broaden their technical expertise. While initially focused on operational support and systems administration, the role offers a genuine opportunity to grow into taking ownership of C2 Robotics' ICT infrastructure, technology strategy and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and user access issues.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and associated systems.

Manage ICT hardware and assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance and replacement.

Coordinate technical support, repairs, system upgrades and infrastructure projects with our MSP.
