Job summary

C4i Solutions Pty is seeking an Associate Technology Specialist to support delivery teams, assist Systems Engineers, and develop skills in scripting, automation, and security. The role is based onsite in Penrith, Western Sydney, with mentoring and a defined technology career path.

You will contribute to ICT builds, deployments, and help with patching, monitoring, and documentation while growing within a supportive veteran-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen with AGSVA clearance eligibility.
• Min Cert3 in ICT or Engineering.
• Entry-level experience or knowledge in ICT, Engineering or technology environments.
• Customer-focused with a values-based approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to manage conflict effectively.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and maintenance (helpdesk) for users and systems.
• Assist with operating system builds and standard operating environment (SOE) deployment.
• Support imaging, PaaS builds, and application deployment.
• Help automate installation and system configuration using PowerShell.
• Maintain documentation and configuration management practices.
• Assist with patching, monitoring, and performance management.
• Support disaster recovery and backup processes.
• Provide support outside of primary skill set as required by client requirements.
• Maintain required certifications and knowledge relevant to the primary skill set.
• Work individually or as part of a larger team as dictated by engagements.
• Uphold company culture, values and behaviours at all times.
• Other duties as required by company or supervisor.

About the Role:

About you:

• An Australian Citizen with an ability to obtain an AGSVA clearance.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Min Cert3) in either an ICT or Engineering discipline.
• Entry level experience or knowledge ideally with knowledge of an ICT, Engineering or other Technology environments.
• Customer focussed, with a values-based approach.
• Excellent relationship builder with ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
• A self-starter who takes the initiative with excellent problem-solving skills Excellent ability multi-task prioritise.
• Able to manage conflict effectively.
• You are passionate about technology, and eager to learn!
