Ourmob.com.au Chemistry Pty is seeking two ICT Technical Business Partners in Campbelltown. The roles are temporary full-time positions for up to three years, aligned to the Digital OneCouncil implementation period.

The roles focus on delivering expert support for the TechnologyOne OneCouncil ERP system across allocated business units. You will own rolling improvement plans, lead governance forums, and drive cross-functional initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting, application support, or specialist roles supporting enterprise business systems.
• Expert-level functional and technical competency in TechnologyOne OneCouncil, including module configuration, reporting, system support, and integrations/data flows.
• Proven experience acting as the primary liaison between ICT and business units, translating requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong ability to understand business operations, processes, systems, and performance measures to identify improvements.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, planning, risk management, testing, and delivery of outcomes.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing roadmaps/backlogs/governance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders; tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ICT liaison for allocated business units; ensure technology aligns with objectives.
• Provide expert support, configuration, and administration of TechnologyOne OneCouncil modules.
• Develop understanding of operations to identify technology-enabled improvements.
• Lead 12-month rolling improvement plan, including system enhancements and user adoption.
• Facilitate module working groups and governance to manage priorities and changes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships; act as trusted adviser on system capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements to benefits realization.
• Conduct business analysis to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and ICT teams to enhance functionality and value.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across processes and usage.
