Qualifikationen

• Experience in business analysis, consulting or specialist ICT roles for enterprise systems.
• Proven liaison between ICT and business units; translate requirements to tech solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, reporting, integrations and data flows.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and change management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as ICT liaison for allocated business units and ensure solutions align with objectives.
• Provide expert configuration and administration of TechnologyOne OneCouncil and modules.
• Understand operations to identify tech-enabled improvement opportunities.
• Lead rolling 12-month improvement program including system enhancements and adoption.
• Facilitate module working groups and governance forums for priority setting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor on system capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with vendors and ICT teams to resolve issues and maximise value.
