Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related ICT discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as ICT Business Analyst or related role.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into ICT system specifications.
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with management and stakeholders to identify and analyse business and ICT requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and evaluate business, functional and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for ICT systems.
• Identify ICT system issues, risks and limitations and recommend improvements.
• Develop process models, specifications and supporting documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Assist with design, development and implementation of ICT solutions.
• Support system testing, including test plans and validation against requirements.
• Monitor implemented ICT solutions and suggest further improvements.
• Prepare reports, user requirements and system specifications.
• Assist with system implementation, integration and change management.
