Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance market or similar financial services environment.
• Strong data analysis, data quality, data governance and reporting concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and create artefacts; capable of influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis for business transformation and operational improvement across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover needs, map processes, identify pain points and opportunities.
• Challenge assumptions and translate strategy into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Change, Technology, Data and Business Architecture to design robust business solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support business cases, options analysis and recommendations.
• Support delivery from ideation through to adoption and training activities.
