Job summary

genU is seeking an ICT Assets Officer to join our ICT team in Geelong. You will manage the day-to-day lifecycle of ICT equipment across Australia, deploy and collect devices, and support staff with technology.

You will maintain the asset register, assist with office moves and technology rollouts, and work closely with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery. A Cert IV in IT or equivalent is required, plus a valid driver’s license due to travel.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Information Technology or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required.
• Experience in IT support or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of ICT equipment across staff.
• Prepare, deploy, and collect devices for staff.
• Provide friendly technical support both remote and on-site.
