Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in NSW invites applications for a three-month Summer Internship to be based at the Minto site. You will own a defined project aligned with your studies and gain exposure to site activities while building capability and progressing your assignment.

The program runs December 2026 to March 2027, onsite at Minto Streets Ice Cream office & factory, with flexibility for university timetables.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year of study (2026 or 2027 final semester).
• Australian Permanent Residency / Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one defined internship project from problem definition to implementation and sign-off.
• Spend time on the factory floor to understand processes, gather requirements and build stakeholder relationships.
• Collect and analyse data to identify trends and baseline project outcomes.
• Participate in three project streams focusing on autonomous maintenance, CIP validation, and digital SHE reporting.

Relevant degree areas (Mechanical, Chemical, Process/Electrical Engineering, Food Tech/Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Business/IT/Science)
