Blackmores in Australia seeks an experienced IBP & Inventory Analyst to join our Group Planning Team, reporting to the Head of IBP Process & Inventory Strategy. This role drives data-driven insights to optimise inventory and strengthen Integrated Business Planning across Demand, Supply, Finance, and Sales.

You will build and maintain inventory models, perform scenario analysis, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake and ERP planning tools, collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Planning, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Planning, Finance or related functions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve inventory models and planning parameters.
• Perform inventory analysis, scenario modelling and root cause investigations.
• Partner with Item Master Officers for accurate master data.
• Develop and enhance IBP dashboards and analytics for visibility of performance.
• Manage IBP administration activities, including calendar and SharePoint site.
• Deliver analytical insights to support planning performance and decision making.
• Support continuous improvement across IBP and Inventory Management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
