Qualifications

• Experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service in a professional manner per management style.
• Know menus and dishes, including allergens to ensure guest safety.
• Follow Marmelo sequence of service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with staff across departments.
• Be on the floor in uniform as rostered, maintain hygiene and grooming standards.
• Meet guests' wishes where reasonably possible.
• Complete mise en place, cleaning and service tasks.
• Complete opening, mid-service and closing checklists diligently.
