Hype DC Pty Ltd in Shellharbour is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium retail team, execute the brand vision, and foster a high-performance culture focused on sales and customer experience.

The role requires you to be on the floor 80% of the week, coach and develop staff, and drive store performance while delivering memorable customer experiences and a seamless omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail leadership in premium, fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing large brand ambassador teams.
• Strong on-floor coaching and customer experience.

As theStore Manageryou will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader,you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who we are looking for

• A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
• Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets
• A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
