Job summary

Hype DC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bondi Junction store in Sydney. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive premium customer experiences and deliver strong sales results in a premium sneaker environment.

Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent development while ensuring seamless omnichannel service and best-in-class store presentation. Embrace a fun, inclusive culture with an emphasis on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in premium, high-volume or fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Hype DC store in beautiful Bondi Junction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing business, build an incredible team and bring the Hype DC brand vision to life.

What you’ll do

• Create a people-first, high-performance culture within your store.

What we’re looking for
