Job summary

Hype DC Canberra is seeking energetic retail leaders and team players to join our stores. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, and deliver standout customer experiences in a dynamic sneaker and streetwear environment.

Depending on your strengths, you may oversee operations, manage stock, or actively engage on the shop floor, contributing to a high-energy, on-brand store culture.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
• A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture.
• Retail leadership or stockroom experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Motivated, driven attitude to "Make It Happen".

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to smash sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and motivate the team to do the same.
• Receive and process high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy.
• Keep the stockroom organized, efficient and ready for action.
• Maintain an exciting, on-brand store environment and jump onto the shop floor when needed.

What We’re Looking For
