Qualifications

• A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
• A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture.
• Previous retail, leadership or stockroom experience — a bonus, but not essential.
• A motivated, driven “Make It Happen” attitude.
• Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring your team to smash sales targets and KPIs.
• Driving store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage.
• Creating an exceptional customer experience and motivating your team to do the same.
• Receiving and processing high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy.
• Keeping the stockroom organised, efficient and ready for action.
• Maintaining an exciting, on-brand store environment.
• Jumping onto the shop floor and supporting your team wherever needed.
