Job summary

Accent Group Limited's Hype DC is seeking a Christmas Sales Assistant for the Penrith store. You’ll energize busy days, help customers find sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders while keeping the store fresh and inviting.

Great for sneaker enthusiasts who enjoy fast-paced teamwork, with shifts October 2026 to mid-January 2027 including weekends and holidays. Team discounts, training, and potential ongoing opportunities follow the season.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team.

About The Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our Penrith store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
