Tip Top Bakeries is seeking an experienced Hygiene & Site Services Manager for our Chullora bakery. You will lead the hygiene team and oversee pest control, chemical management, sanitation programs and site compliance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will drive food safety, GMP and continuous improvement, developing teams and embedding a strong safety culture while delivering efficient site services and cost-effective operations across the bakery.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience within FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Experience building a positive safety culture and driving safe work practices.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance and developing capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving capability.
• Ability to influence outcomes and navigate change across operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Hygiene & Site Services team to deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations.
• Drive hygiene and sanitation programs across the bakery, ensuring food safety and quality standards.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and legislation.
• Manage site services including pest control, chemical management, uniforms, security and specialist contractors.
• Support site audits, GMP programs and quality initiatives while maintaining robust hygiene standards.
• Deliver labour efficiency and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement.
• Develop SOPs, risk assessments and training programs for hygiene activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to improve site performance.
