Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Experience managing shift performance, labour utilisation and production targets.
• Commitment to workplace safety and food quality standards.

• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Manage labour and resources to meet daily production plans.
• Drive food safety and quality culture across the site.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members through performance conversations.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Monitor production performance and complete shift reporting.
