Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Australia in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Service Sales Engineer – Hydraulics to drive aftermarket service sales, deliver technical support, and build strong customer relationships across the region.

You will collaborate with Service, Engineering and Purchasing teams to develop service proposals, manage contracts, and ensure reliable, high‑quality hydraulic solutions for industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in aftermarket sales, service sales, or technical account management.
• Strong hydraulics, industrial equipment, or related technical environment experience.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, fluid power products, or rotating equipment.
• Trade qualification as a Fitter and Machinist or equivalent background; engineering quals considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and aftermarket opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and technical support.
• Prepare quotations, service contracts, and follow up on opportunities.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to customers and support the service team.
• Negotiate tender and contract requirements for optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate service activities and support project delivery.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Purchasing and Production teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
