Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Sydney is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to assemble hydraulic power units and systems in a hands-on workshop. You will work from engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics and specs to deliver builds from fabrication through final assembly.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Electrical teams to meet quality standards and production deadlines while maintaining safe working practices. Relocation to our Marsden Park facility is planned for January 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years post-trade experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
• Proven experience manufacturing and assembling hydraulic power units from fabrication through to final assembly.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics, engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Preferred but not essential: welding, tube bending and related tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs with minimal supervision.
