Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power Pty Ltd based in Wetherill Park seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic systems across customer sites and our workshop, perform installations and preventative maintenance, and produce clear service reports.

A strong safety mindset and a current driver’s licence are essential. This role offers an hourly base rate of AU$45–AU$58 depending on experience, with a robust benefits package and career development

Qualifications

Experience working with hydraulic systems in field service or heavy industry environments.

Responsibilities

Attend customer sites to conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems and equipment.
Determine required corrective action to return machines to operational condition.
Undertake installations and commissioning of hydraulic systems and components.
Provide preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
Complete workshop-based work including hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
Prepare clear and accurate service reports following field service activities.
Perform all work safely and in compliance with company WHS procedures and policies.
