KBR is seeking a Hydraulic Designer in Adelaide to deliver detailed hydraulic modelling for buildings and infrastructure, covering potable water, wastewater, sewer, gas, hot water generation and stormwater systems.

You will work with project teams, manage discipline scopes, and ensure compliance with Australian standards and client requirements while aiming for high client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Revit MEP for hydraulic services projects.
• Demonstrated ability to self manage within projects and project teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Experience coordinating within multi-disciplinary teams.

• Request guidance on matters outside your technical experience or scope when required.

Title: Hydraulic Designer

Hydraulic Designer Join a growing engineering team delivering innovative building and infrastructure solutions KBR is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hydraulic Modeller to join our expanding Building Services group in Adelaide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is capable of delivering high‑quality hydraulic design modelling across a diverse range of engineering and construction projects. Working under the general guidance of discipline and project leads, you will contribute to detailed modelling of hydraulic services including potable water, wastewater, sewer, natural gas, hot water generation, and stormwater systems and support the development of concept planning with sound technical judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete detailed hydraulic modelling for buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit (AutoCAD experience highly regarded).
• Work collaboratively within project teams (both KBR and client) to contribute to, complete, and implement designs.
• Manage and deliver assigned hydraulic discipline work scopes in line with project requirements.
• Meet standards relating to time, cost, and quality for all allocated tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Diploma, Diploma in Engineering, or similar qualification (highly regarded).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Revit MEP for hydraulic services projects.
• Demonstrated ability to self manage within projects and project teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Experience coordinating within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, environmental, and quality standards, including compliance with review and approval processes.
