Bayside City Council in Sandringham, Victoria, is seeking a Digital Experience Designer for a two-year full-time role (38 hours weekly) with hybrid and work-from-home flexibility. Based at the Corporate Centre, you will lead design and delivery of digital forms and workflows in Salesforce, translating council requirements into user-friendly solutions.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, apply UX and accessibility standards, and support migration of forms to a customer portal.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital experience design, web development or CRM platforms.
• Ability to design user-friendly digital forms and services.
• Experience working with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to complete criminal history check and Working with Children check.
