You will turn usage data into growth, gather requirements with admin and tech teams, create enablement materials, and lead training, demos and regular customer meetings to shape our product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, home care, hospitals or health software.
• Proven track record driving adoption on a B2B software platform.
• Ability to read data and turn it into growth conversations.
• Strong communication with procurement executives and operational staff.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption across a national portfolio of healthcare clients.
• Turn usage and quote data into growth opportunities for the sales team.
• Gather customer requirements and work with admin and tech on configuration.
• Create enablement materials and lead training, demos and meetings.
