Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a commercially-minded Supply Planner to join our ANZ Supply Chain team. You will own the supply planning for your portfolio and translate demand into supply strategies, balancing availability, inventory and risk to meet business demand.

Collaborating with Demand Planning, Sales and Operations, you’ll drive alignment with forecasting and service levels while focusing on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or broader supply chain roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage supply planning across your product portfolio.
• Translate demand plans into aligned supply and replenishment strategies.
• Work closely with Commercial teams to understand forecasts, assumptions and demand changes.
• Align supply plans with inventory targets, service levels and business priorities.
• Identify and proactively manage supply risks, including constraints, disruptions or variability.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and global teams to optimise stock availability.
• Monitor and manage inventory performance, including stock levels, slow-moving and excess stock.
• Contribute to S&OP / IBP planning processes from a supply perspective.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded Supply Planner to join Stryker’s Supply Chain team, supporting our business across ANZ.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a regulated environment
• Understanding of quality and compliance processes
